Honestly wish I could leave 0 stars for this company – what an absolute joke. pay £25 in total to watch the fight tonight – constantly freezing! Then when it’s not frozen image quality is absolutely crap. Then told by your staff it’s ok because I can watch it again in 7 days?! And then he cuts me out of the chat?! Then I speak to another advisor who then tells me because the issue wasn’t sorted out during the even I cannot be refunded. Even though that’s because you didn’t have enough staff to man the lines and sort out all our issues. Your service is absolutely shocking and I recommend anyone thinking of joining your service to run. 265 people in the queue before me to talk to an assistant, obviously big problems with your service tonight what an utter scam 😡😡
