Same problem as everyone else. These scammers got hold of my gamepass details and debited 200€ from my account on August 2nd without asking me for permission. Needless to say I did not even have automatic billing enabled with gamepass. I’ve been trying to contact support ever since, they are never available, and a chat bot asks to leave a message instead. A case is supposedly created but I haven’t received a confirmation email or any type of acknowledgement that the issue is being looked over. The lack of professionalism and sheer illegality is beyond comprehension. Run away from these scammers as soon as you can.
