This seems to be a complete scam. Not only they require a monthly payment. But regular payments to exchange a few messages. You can only exchange a few messages before you are required to pay again. And each time you pay the time allotted gets shorter. I also paid and was told I still had no credits. Called support and they basically unblocked time to write 1 short message! Answers seem automated. AI??I have read responses from the site here to supply the member ID if we think it is a fake profile but if you can see your own ID you can’t see others’! So how can we provide it??And when you mention communication outside the app (which is the logical point) they pretend not to understand what you mean. Or request more time on the app ($$$). Now I am worried my card will be automatically charged each month. I contacted support to cancel card and account but no response so far. Since I work for a law firm I will have to get legally involved to stop this nonsense.
