My blood samples were collected and sent back to their lab by DHL. DHL claims the lab refused to accept the sample because Dante labs didn’t pay the 27€ Italian tariff. My blood sample is now sitting in Rome waiting… DHL said the package was initiated by Dante lab and the return should be paid by them. I emailed Dante labs with my DHL tracking number and for 3 days no reply. What a scam. I just wish Dante lab would contact me. Even if the sample was ultimately processed I doubt it’s accuracy as my DNA might just have denatured.
