I wish I could give this company 0 stars. That’s how horrible it has been to deal with the customer service. First off, the clothes are pure and utter crap. Crap quality, sizing is completely false and there is no quality control in place. I ordered 2 EXTRA LONG pants, each arrived measuring up to my ankles. I am only 5’6. You would think they would refund my money and pay for the return shipping considering the pants were clearly defective, not to mention VERY poor quality. Needless to say, they did not care 1%. I had to pay the cost of one of the pants just to return it and now I’m out $40 plus the mental anguish of going back and forth with an illiterate customer service “team.” I have officially learned my lesson and not only will I NEVER buy from Daisy Grace again but I will also think twice before buying from an Instagram promoted business again. A total scam, fraud and money waster! STAY AWAY!!!!
