Absolute scam! Do NOT purchase from them! Positive reviews are bots or self-made reviews by owners.19th of December I place my order with express delivery to Norway. 21st of December I am told my package has been shipped from Portugal. 3rd of January it says it has arrived in the Norwegian post Office. Then, yesterday, it wipes the update/tracker log clean and now says my package is in Australia. This is 16 days after it being sent with ‘express delivery’ which I paid extra for, FROM PORTUGAL to NORWAY. This is less than 2 hours by plane in distance. I gave them all my info, my email, name and order number so they could help me find my package, to which they replied they cannot find my order. I have triple checked the info I gave them and it is all correct, according to my confirmation e-mail from them and the Route app. Now nobody from the customcuff support is responding to me. They clearly yanked my money and has scammed me. I’ve asked for a full refund and don’t expect to see it any day. You have been warned if you read this. Dont purchase here.
