Customcuff

    I ordered a custom necklace for my girlfriends birthday. I ordered it so it would just be in time but unfortunately it didn’t arrive before her birthday. A bit frustrating but partly my own fault for not calculating in some extra time. I checked the status via the tracking link and it said it was postponed because of Covid (I didn’t know Covid was still an issue but ok).After waiting a few weeks it still didn’t arrive and I checked the tracking status again. It now said that the delivery was unsuccessful and it was returned to the sender. I thought I must have missed a notification saying they tried to deliver it but I received nothing (also nothing in spam).I contacted Customcuff to ask them what had happened and they told me that the delivery failed and I should’ve contacted the local courier. I’m sure it works different everywhere but here (the Netherlands) there is not one local courier that delivers packages, there are many. But they say they don’t know which one will deliver it. When I ask them about it, all they say is that is was available for pick up and I didn’t pick it up. Again, there was no message saying I was able to pick it up, and even worse, it doesn’t say anywhere where I could pick it up.Now they demand a new shipping fee of €12 to resend it. This just proves to me that it is a scam and they are trying to take more money. DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING HERE!
