Total scam. Don’t even bother calling the phone number that you may find on this site. It just puts you in contact with someone that’s going to continue to scam you. They try to get you to download some sort of software – I can’t even imagine what would’ve happened if I’d done that. They say that this software will get you the return label that you need. That’s crazy. When I said I wasn’t going to do that, that they should just email the confirmation of my request and provided the return authorization that their return policy describes, they hung up on me. Now I’m letting my credit card company handle the dispute. Save yourself the trouble and don’t make the mistake of purchasing to begin with.
