I have left messages with their service desk and emailed the contact email address (andrew.owen), which is provided on this page. The names that the call workers use are ridiculous, i.e. Alex Bell, he might be Alexander Graham Bell’s great-grandson. I wouldn’t insult brokers by calling these eastern blockheads brokers. It’s a SCAM!
