Bought a gold nova 1 account that was already ranked on 4/10/23 log in to play a game or two on 4/23/2023 and a pop up that on of the party members that the account was queued with was banned. I check my friends list and no one I was playing with was banned. I lost my rank as well as 8 wins so now I’m back at square one having to re get my rank with temp cooldowns after 2 games. The whole point of buying an account is so you dont have to do that.The account description was “100% legit boosted” how is that the case then? Reach out to website support no response for over an hour. reach out in discord and currently still waiting for a reply. my first ticket was closed out without assistance.Kinda a scam ngl
