Been waiting for a refund from this company since Oct 26. All they do is f*!% me around for the past 20 days. I’ve used them before multiple times with the same card, this time they decided to take my money and not process my transaction. And kept telling me to wait 14 business days like it’s normal and blame my bank for the delay? Like hello? Is 2022, and I haven’t waited 14 days for a refund since 1997. Customer service is complete trash and just gives you generic responses from multiple people to put you off. They told me to wait till Monday two days ago, now they’re pushing me off telling me to wait for the tech support? It’s been 20 days!? And their just getting involved now? These people are scammy
