I’m soo upset I spent a long time saving the lil that I can. I transferred £4500 into my crypto account to stake some etherium which I previously done with my XRP and when I checked about an hr later £5000 had been transferred to an etherium wallet. I did not give anybody access to my phone, the app or anything at all and I did not authorise this last transaction and no I did not transfer anything by mistake.I’m so angry and upset at the same time. I’m trying to get a refund. Let’s hope they allow me to get my refund. I spoke to the live chat and they have escalated this matter I hope they will try their best to sort this out.Scammers are disgusting individuals who don’t understand what they are doing to people I honestly want to harm myself right now I just want to die. Keep you money in cash can never go wrong with that.*UPDATE*. Since being told it has been escalated I haven’t heard anything back, I just want the money back
