They have not solved the problem and have introduced over 20 fake people’s names that have ‘contacted me’ to pretend to solve the problem while asking me the same questions repeatedly, saying it’s escalated and 24 hours more. Trust Pilot, I suggest you begin to take some serious action against them. I’ll send you screenshots of all the emails for the last 6 weeks, different fake people’s names, and auto-generated fake responses to not let me access my account to steal my money. They should be sued and removed from the internet; warning to anyone with an account – I suggest removing all your funds into another wallet before they block and pretend it was a mistake to your account and stop you from taking your own money.I have over $50,000 in my account that they hold hostage because of phone number issues.
