Borderline scam. You can’t use their cards with Apple Pay, you can’t withdraw below a certain amount (so you need to deposit again to withdraw), and then they don’t send you the SMS code to withdraw.To cancel your phone number or change it they need another selfie video with your ID.AND YOU CAN’T EVEN SPEND THE MONEY ON YOUR ACCOUNT!!!
