They keep “addressing” my complaints and “escalating” but when they respond to me they give me boilerplate responses to my concerns and never address them directly – especially when I raised concerns about limitations placed on trading currency and how it was very fishy and in a way double-dipping on fees charged against customers. They only told me they are compliant with all these cybersecurity regulations but nothing addressed the trade limit issues – which makes things even fishier. (Note: your exchange and banks can be super “secure” and you can still be committing fraud from the inside – look at Wells Fargo)I filed a criminal complaint with the DOJ/FBI and I suggest everyone who has reviewed the company with the same issues should too: Internet Crime Complaint Center (IC3) [can’t put links] it’s a DOT gov address.Edit: If you wish to communicate directly to anyone in the company or board use this email pattern: (firstname)@cryptocom.intercom-mail[dot]com – Thanks to Krista from the company for providing this information.
