Scammed me out of 2 eth.First off I’d just like to say I’ve used crypto.com for 2 years and never had a problem until last weekend. I sent 2 eth to a crypto.com address they gave me and the funds never arrived. I also sent Bitcoin to them just before the eth transaction and that got to them fine. I then got through to their customer services and spoke to Kain who was the most unhelpful person ever. He proceded to tell me that the address I had sent the eth to wasn’t a crypto.com address and there was nothing he could do. I said you gave me the address so wheres my funds? He just said contact whoever owns that address. He couldn’t care less that I had just lost over £2600 at todays prices. Appalling!I’ve sent a complaint to crypto.com and not had a reply which is just awful. I even contacted a few YouTubers to see if they could help me but again no reply. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE WITH YOUR FUNDS AS WHEN THINGS GO WRONG THEY DO NOT CARE! Only thing left I can do now is contact the FCA but again I think I’m just p▪︎▪︎▪︎ing in the wind!
