I believe they are collapsing. I sent one month ago 7000 euros , then they informed me that the receiving iban was “old”. ( but the money resulted as regularly transferred to them). So, I claimed my money back to my iban of origin. The assistant asked me all the details of the transfer, and promised the money back within 5 days. After further two weeks, no money in my balance at them, no money back to my iban. Very, very bad behaviour for a company which claims to be a leader in the market. It smells like scam or big financial problems, unfortunately. TO CRYPTO.COM ASSISTANCE: PLEASE DO NOT REPLY TO THIS FEEDBACK BY ASKING ME TO GET BACK TO THE ASSISTANCE: AS YOU CAN READ, I HAVE ALREADY DONE 3 TIMES. YOU GIYS HAVE MY BANK DETAILS AND BANK TRANSFER RECEIPT: PLEASE , PROVE THAT YOU ARE HONEST AND JUST SEND BACK MY MONEY.
