I ordered a calming bed in early December and never received it. They also gave me a tracking #on Dec. 9th but nothing has happened since then. It still shows 12/09 ready for shipping. I complained saying I would report them to U.S. BBB and they wrote back “be patient”. Just found out about this site and that others have had the same experience. Total rip off and scam. Don’t order from them!!
