SCAM. For 15 months this company has been charging me monthly $34.95 off my credit card, (total paid is $524.25). I called to find out what this company was and to cancel further charges and request a refund. I was told I would need to speak with a supervisor, and would be called within two days. Two WEEKS later, no call. I call again today and am told that I could receive a refund of $34.95 only, as “it is a valid charge”, and they are “not a scam”, and that they help to “prevent scams” lol! If this was a real company, they could see that I have never once used their website to check my credit score for the past 15 months, and additionally, given the sheer amount of people with the same complaint on here, that it is obviously not easily apparent that you may have sign up for a life of payments to CreditVerify- a service I most definitely would not want or need. Please contact me if you are considering legal action as well.
