Scam plain and simple. Somehow started charging my credit card even though I am 100% I did not agree to pay them anything. Found dozens of reviews from others having a similar fraudulent experience. Called their customer service to cancel and refund and they would not give a full refund. They called me back after I told them I was calling my credit card company to report them and agreed to refund a $35 charge but not the $1 charge. Very infuriating.
