Absolutely terrible support and impossible to cancel. I’ve been trying to cancel mine and my wife’s accounts before the 7 day trial ends and I’ve been unable to get anyone on the phone. Next step will be to report my charges as fraudulent to our credit card companies if I can’t get a hold of them.
