Total crooks. Continued to charge me after I cancelled (i cancelled because the platform didnt support the course and was a disaster). There is no customer support beyond sending feedback online to which coursera responds dishonestly and non-responsively. My employer initially agreed to pay for this course and coursera’s fraudulent behavior is putting my job at risk because coursera continues to charge them. Run, dont walk, away from coursera crooks.
