I now immediately asked for a refund, but they are sending me these automated emails about it being a digital and immediately available good and how my ticket is now moved to closed. For that big of a site, it’s kinda ridiculous to get away with this. These copied emails they are having sent out as their ‘support team’ aren’t even making sense or appear to be written by a real person. If you run a scam, at least run it good! Actually its sad, that this cool concept is butchered by corporate greed.
