They opened a trade on my account without my knowledge. When I query they say its because of migration to different broker that caused confusion. and that they sent us mail telling us to close all trades (I NEVER RECIEVED SUCH AN EMAIL) and Why would a change of broker suddenly open trades on your account?? It happened on the 31st of July. I have screenshots of them saying that my problem will be handled in 24 – 48hours (18 days ago). The open price and open time of the trade does not correspond to any chart. Now when I query Im told that I gave my login details to someone and they just ignore my open tickets then close them. I’ve sent support screenshot proof of the trade price not matching any chart, still no response 19 days later. Im not the only one this happened to on the 31st of July 2023. I bet they wont even respond to me on this platform. SCAM!!
