Total scam-artists. I bought a MK II Survival System – Walking Stick from them just after Christmas and what was delivered (4 weeks later than expected) amounted to a Walking Stick about a foot and half in length – Completely useless. Customer service was no better. The “Bot” that I spoke to refused to acknowledge they had made a mistake and tried to palm me off with a 1USD payment as compensation. Absolutely ridiculous.
