I cant make up my mind whether these guys are incompetent or a scam I have contacted Complete Savings for the second time. The first was in 2021 when I noticed £15 being charged to my account over a number of months. Then just today, when I again noticed that £15 is being charged to my account for months. On both occasions I have not registered for this service. I see lots of others have experienced this. They offered to give me a 3 month refund for the many months they had charged, so they are quids in. Feels like a scam. They require an additional claim form completed to review my claim. (Delaying tactics)Yes, feels like a scam. My advice, stay well away.
