I’m having the very same problem. I never sign up for this type of thing and they have no details of my membership at all, except of course my card details so they can steal £15 from me every month. This is definitely fraud. And get this because they cant find my details they can’t cancel the debit to my account. So its left to the Bank to sort out. Outrageous.
