Basically this is a scam. What happens when you complete a purchase online there are sometimes boxes you tick and customers do not realise they are opting for a 15 monthly purchase for complete save. Banks are now on to this company so all you do is call your bank and they will put the 15 pound back in your account. You then need to fill out the form they send which in my case was my NatWest account. My bank knew who they were as soon as I phoned and I am grateful they gave me the 15 pound back before I have to fill my form out. This company are a scam because they are catching people out by having some misleading writing that people do not usually check. Who would think that when your purchasing something that you would willingly want to spend more money than necessary. Usually we rush through the transaction and that is how they get you because you then tick boxes and then you enter into a purchase contract of 15 pound per month. It will show on your bank statement as cash.completesave.Please just phone your bank and they will get you your money back straight away and all you do is fill the form out later. Hope this helps.
