I just checked my bank and found out that £15 has been taken from my account for a membership I did not willingly sign up for, just like everyone else I was misled into ticking a box after I purchased a courier service to deliver a parcel, I was led to believe that I was ticking a box to get a discount on my next order, luckily it was only one time that they were able to deduct the money from my account, I called the bank and was put through to the fraud department and reported it, it was them that advised me who and how this happened and asked if I wanted to block further payments from being charged, I said yes but they were unable to return my money and said I would have to contact the company directly. They know exactly what they are doing to mislead us clearly by looking at all of the recent reviews, I will be taking it to social media and even watch dog if I have to, they need to be more upfront and direct in how they are doing business.
