I would give them zero stars if I were allowed! The holiday card collection and most of the other big prize winning promotions are nothing but scams. They use these to trick their customers to keep them playing and keep them buying but when the time comes for them to deliver the rewards won they refuse and treat you like you’re the thief! They will continue to lie to you and say your reward was added to your inventory when you know for a fact it was not! They will treat you poorly and never admit fault or correct an issue! Stay far far far away from this game!
