on Aug 9th I cent transferred £500 to my coindirect account, from my lloyds accoung, a day later it still wasnt there, they told me they had changed their banking system and my money would be returned “automatically” nothing happened, after repeted requests for my money they then told me they suspect fraudulent behaviour and have been radio silent ever since, I’m £500 down and they have stopped replying to me,1 star is way to high a review from my,I’m appalled with their behaviour and arrogance.
