Horrible. No customer service team. Impossible to find a way to contact them by email and phone. FAQ just lead customers to an endless dark allies. Antifraud support and help, ummm none. If someone gets into your account, say goodbye to your coins. I would give them 0 stars but does not appear to be an options so had to give them a 1 star
