What is wrong with America. Has everyone forgot what customer service is? Coinbase, which seems to be highly recommended, has the worst customer service I have seen in my 72 years on earth!! Two weeks ago I went to buy some more Bitcoin via Coinbase which in itself was difficult even though I have had an account with them for around a year. Then they locked me out of my account when I went to buy some Ethereum with the explanation there is “suspicious activity” on my account. After a week I got a notice that I was to be locked out for 7 more days. Today is the 7th day and they still have me locked out. I tried to call, what a joke. I tried to chat, even a bigger joke. I do not have a lot of money there but I find it very frustrating they will not allow me to access my account to cash out now as I find dealing with them way to difficult to want to keep my account with them. I even went to their homepage to see what their physical address is to file a small claims court action against them to try to recover my funds and they do not have an address!!?? Is there anyone out there that is well versed in navigating their website, which is made nearly impossible to access your funds, or close your account. My recommendation is DO NOT OPEN AN ACCOUNT AND BUY ANYTHING WITH THEM!! It will just make you very frustrated and you will more than likely lose it all to their fraud and or poorly run system.
