Such a scam. Order placed 4/12 with their anticipated shipping being 7-10 business days. Reached out to customer support though chat and was told the same info as others with distribution centers being opened. Almost a month later, items still haven’t been shipped. This was one of my my 1 year old’s birthday present, and I had to order a similar product through Amazon. What’s funny is I get the no return policy on items discounted over 50%, but most of their products are so conveniently discounted in a way to avoid doing a refund. Also, there’s no cancellation policy. Cancellation and returns are two separate things. Do yourself a favor and go ahead and do a chargeback with the card you used, you’ll never get your items.
