I ordered a pair of jeans. Online, they are tapered, with a pocket on the leg that has a button, and perfectly faded. What actually arrived is a pair of wide legged jeans. And I do mean W-I-D-E! Not faded. There is no button on the pocket on the leg. Basically, what arrived looks like a grotesque parody of the jeans I saw online. They sent me the most butt ugly pair of jeans I have ever ever ever seen! This is a classic case of Bait & Switch! And that is what this company specializes in is running a Bait & Switch scam. I have sent an email to their customer service to get a full refund. I’ve read other reviews where ClothesOutdoor.com tell the buyer that they can only get a portion of the money they’ve paid. However, I have a lawyer and and a credit card company that isn’t going to tolerate their attempt to swindle, regardless of what country they’re located in. I strongly advise against anyone ordering from this company! They are thieves. And if need be, try to have your credit card company help dispute the purchase.
