Horrible. They just want to steal your money. I canceled my prepaid subscription that I already paid $89 for and they just remove all your access and credits (which I already paid for). The terms that I agreed to say that “Following cancellation you will continue to have access to your subscription through the end of your prepaid Subscription Trial, unless you receive a refund…” No credit. No refund. No support from their chat rep who was the least helpful person. She said “ active membership in order to use plan credits, rollover credits, or additional credit purchases to book reservations.Once your account was fully cancelled, any unused plan credits, rollover credits or additional credit purchases became unavailable and were removed from your credit count.”Why does is conflict with the terms I agreed to then? They are trying to scam people and steal their money.
