    They kept sending me emails trying to get me to sign up for a free trial for new customers, but when I tried to sign up for it, they said I wasn’t eligible because I “already had an account”. This wasn’t true – they just had my email address on file but I’d never registered and was never a customer. Apparently the fact they had my email address was enough to make me an “existing customer” so I never got the free trial. Now that I’m a paying customer, I tried to refer my friend through their refer a friend scheme. When he tried to sign up, it said his phone number was “already linked to an account” even though he has never signed up to this service (and had never even heard of it before) and certainly never given them his phone number. But this apparently meant he couldn’t have a free trial either. This company is a total scam, they spam you with fake offers to get your details but don’t actually offer what they advertise!
