I was referred by my housemate for a free trial and was given 40 “free” credits. I used a few but then suddenly my remaining credits disappeared and I was blocked from booking anything else. I messaged them and they said my account was disabled for “fraud” and I could only regain access to my account if I upgraded to a paid membership. It’s clearly a scam designed to lure people in and then force you to make payment. Definitely avoid!!
