I was super excited to start with Class Pass after having moved to Amsterdam. I was invited to a 14-day trial membership and I signed up. I entered my E-Mail address – no problem. My full Name – no problem. All my Credit Card Details – no problem. Unfortunately, like others have shared, after a day had passed, their „anti-fraud-system“ flagged my profile and cancelled my membership. They accused me of having had a profile in the past, which is simply not true. I asked via the chat what information this flagging was based on and when this supposedly was, and I simply received a standard-response that this was their „anti-fraud-system“ but that I am very welcome to pay for my membership. I asked twice more, and received the same „invitation“ for a paid subscription. I then sent an e-mail and unfortunately never heard back. I find it highly suspicious and dubious that they happily collect your credit card info, and then afterwards accuse you of fraud a day later without having any arguments (still happy to do business with you though as long as you pay full price). 0/10 would not recommend.
