I placed my order on 3 January, nearly a month and my order hasn’t been received nor a tracking number. I’ve spoken ‘anna’ who fails to acknowledge or address the fact my item I’ve paid for hasn’t been received, the customer service is dreadful. ‘anna’ keeps stating my order will be with me in a few days but never turns up. This company is a SCAM, do not but from this scamming company.
