They sold me used codes. Their refund/replacement process is the WORST. You have to try to use their website (loaded with confusing “click here” ads that take you away from the actual website) and upload a screenshot of the code being refused by Xbox store, but the problem is they limit the file size to 1MB !!! The screenshot is bigger than that so you are at a dead end. I tried to email them but they just kept telling me to use their WORTHLESS BROKEN website. I’m going to stop just shy of calling this a scam. I will update this review IF I ever get satisfaction.
