I wanted to buy Dead Island 2 Code yesterday.I paid via Paypal, then I had to verify antifraud with my phone number.This did not work and they said its done by support now. They didnt do anything.So I wrote them.Today I got a reply, I ve to send a lot of private data (Id, Bank statement or whatever) to them.I felt weird doing that but I did it, to a specisl Email. The support guy said then: Once we receive your Identification documents we will immediately approve the order. !Nothing happened as you can imagine. This shop should be illegal.Support is so slow… when does these guys think u wanna play? Next week?
