key never worked spent days trying to get help or a refund sick of filling out forms to get in contact more concerned about their rating than their service, 8 emails asking for me to leave good feedback and win lots of “games and prizes” just a scam i reply to my numerous requests for assistance, they even tell you how to write them a useful review…… what was i thinking waste of $20.00
