AVOID. They copy other businesses’ designs and then attempt to make them but the designs are not like you see in the images and the materials are cheap. Then when you request to start a refund they go out of their way to make it completely impossible. I eventually got a refund label, they told me return shipping costs of £4 would be deducted from what I originally paid but they have taken £12.50 off me, not £4. They are absolute scammers. Avoid them at all costs. UPDATE: Their reponse of ‘please check your email and we will solve this for you’ is absolute bull! The email basically says ‘tough, you’re not getting your money back’. Absolute scum bags.
