I ordered a product that took over a month to ship out. I purchased it on Nov. 28, 2022 & received it on January 2,2023! It was late for the purpose so I asked for a refund before it was eve shipped out and they did not honor me a refund like their policy states. Dishonest company for sure!! Offered a “coupon for future purchase”….Nope I don’t work with scammers!
