I PLACED AN ORDER ON DEC9th and I still haven’t received the tracking number or information of my shipment. Thats not what they promote on their website in terms of shipping and handling. I emailed customer services and even their marketing team and I have NOT RECEIVE any responses regarding my case. This is just unacceptable and a definite SCAM! I will continue to take action in this because this is professional.
