Don’t do business with these frauds. The airline cancelled my flight and I called Cheap-O to get a refund. They indicated that I would receive a refund but never mentioned the amount (I assumed it was for the full ticket price). After waiting for 7 business days and seeing no refund, I contacted them again and found out that a refund had been issued but it was only for $810, despite the fact that I had paid $1090 for the ticket. I was informed that service fees of $280 were non-refundable. This is not disclosed during booking unless you read thru several pages on their website which says service fees are not refundable. On their service fee page, it clearly says the amount is under $35. When I called them out on this, I was transferred to another department/agent (you know, the old run around trick). During a 15-minute argument with the agent, he consulted with his manager multiple times and eventually agreed to refund $225 while the remaining $55 was deemed non-refundable. It’s frustrating how they try to wear you down and waste your time just to get some money out of you. What a terrible experience and company. Never will buy anything thru them again.I’m not done. I’ll get the rest and report this to the FTC.
