Never buy a ticket from Chepoair. Their customer service and app s.. I tried to add a bassinet seat for my baby via app which I couldn’t. Then I was initially told I had to call the airline directly, then airline told it only could be bought from the Cheapoair. After calling Cheapoair I could finally bought the seat via Cheapoair customer support. I got the confirmation but as I am writing this review my wife and my baby are in the flight with no seat and airline told them the reservation never happened.It is 4 in the morning!
