Very very poor customer services. Had to cancel a flight immediately after booking and tried to do so with their chat bot (who reassured me that the flight is cancelled). Turns out the flight wasn’t cancelled and I was still charged the full ticket price. They still had to audacity to charge me a skyhigh middleman transaction fee. Scam of a website.
