This is the worsest customer service experience I ever had I downloaded their Now Wallet on the Google Play store app. I sent 10 XRP TOKENS TO my wallet they provided for me in the app which was rNDSufGouT6wTBLv8ihmx7gcA5u2Kdie97. I waited about 3 days still no transaction. I reached out to customer service and they tell me I have not sended any XRP TOKENS. I sent them the exchange receipt ID they still lying to me making it seem as though I never sent the tokens when I have the Transaction ID receipt asaholes. Tim customer service was horrible DON’T SEND YOUR MONEY TO THIS PLATFORM THEY PREY ON THE POOR AND NEEDY. NEVER AGAIN I WILL BE REPORTING THEM TO THE BETTER BUSINESS BUREAU AND FBI FOR FRAUD
